 send us four packages of stainless steel bends. 

Here is the bends inside one of the packages... 

First we need to attach the turbos in the right position. We use a engine cherry picker for this work. 

The first of the  bends is attached to the flanges. 

After some work all the cylinders is connected to the turbo flange. 

Then the waste gate need to be installed to the header. 

The turbo and waste gate is finally connected to the cylinder head. 

 send us some 5" bends for the down pipe. 

Now there is one more side to do, it´s a hard work to build a turbo V8... 

Before the final welding the pipes needs to be flowed of N2H2. 

Pontus Liberg weld it all together.
